摘    要:变幅机构是旋挖钻机的关键承载部件,旋挖钻机工况的多样性决定了变幅机构受载的复杂性,本文从桅杆装配过程、桅杆竖直、工作钻进以及提升工况来分析TR500C旋挖钻机变幅机构的结构强度和刚性,为变幅机构的可靠性设计提供参考依据。

Abstract:The luffing mechanism of model TR500C rotary drill rig is the key load-bearing unit,complexity and real law of loads on the elevating system is based on operation condition.This paper analyze the strength and stiffness of the luffing mechanism on the conditions of erecting mast,drilling work,and hoisting work,provide the reliability design on the model TR500C rotary drill rig.
