机制砂在预拌混凝土中的应用研究

摘    要:选取常用的C30(非泵送)和C30(泵送)预拌混凝土为基准,研究机制砂取代天然砂配制各混凝土时的最佳取代率及采用最佳取代率时对应的最适宜砂率范围,并在此基础上,分别研究了石粉含量和不同减水剂及其掺量对机制砂混凝土性能的影响。

Abstract:Such commonly used ready-mixed concretes as C30(non-pumping) and C30(pumping) were selected to be as controlled concretes,then the optimum substitution ratio of machine-made sand to natural sand and the corresponding optimal scales of sand proportion were studied.Furthermore,influence of the content of stone chips and the type and addition ratio of superplasticizers on the performance of machine-made sand concrete were studied respectively.
