| 摘 要： | 自从BOT项目运作形式在基础设施建设中广泛应用以来．如何科学有效地选择特许经营者渐成学术界的关注热点。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理与比较。对特许经营者选择标准、BOT项目招标模式以及特许经营候选人评价方法等研究展开评述．最后总结了现有研究的局限．并提出未来研究的建议。 |
