导管架海洋平台抗火性能分析

摘    要:利用有限元软件建立火灾作用下海洋平台导管结构和T型相贯节点的有限元计算模型。采用弹塑性分析方法,分别对两个模型进行传热-静力耦合分析,应用标准温度-时间曲线计算出环境空气温度场的分布。采用欧洲钢结构规范Eurocode3中钢材高温的非线性应力-应变本构关系,分析不同时间、温度场作用下平台结构的整体响应与T型节点的高温承载力性能及其破坏模式。

Abstract:In this paper, by using the finite element analysis software, the FE calculation model of offshore platforms and T-joints under fire is established. Based on the elastic-plastic analysis method, two model of heat-static coupling are analyzed. Using standard temperaturetime curve, the distribution of ambient air temperature is calculated. According to nonlinear stress-strain relationship for carbon steel at high temperature from Eurocode3, the response of platform's overall structure, high temperature carrying capacity and destroy mode of T-joints and with different time and distribution of temperature are analyzed.
