大型异形铝用阳极炭块生产中焙烧工艺优化控制研究

摘    要:通过对敞开式环式焙烧炉设备及控温技术进行研究,选择敞开式环式焙烧炉制备大型异形铝用阳极炭块,针对生产过程中影响因素不断优化阳极炭块生产中焙烧工艺,将其优化焙烧工艺应用后,产品主要理化指标优于国家指标。

Abstract:The large-scale specialshaped aluminum anode carbon block is prepared by open, ring type roasting furnace through the study on open, ring type roasting furnace device, as well as the temperature control technology; the roasting process in the anode carbon block production process are optimized constantly according to influencing factors in the production process, the main physical and chemical indicators are better than the state indicators when the optimization roasting process applied.
