基于并联均流等离子体电源的研究及仿真

摘    要:基于并联均流技术和DSP实现两个交流电源模块的并联运行,单模块输出功率5~15kW可调的交流电。均流方式为主从控制方法进行仿真得到较为理想的输出电压和电流。证明了主从控制法可以应用于等离子体电源,并且通过改进,可以满足其他应用的需求。

Abstract:Basing on parallel current sharing technology and I)SP( digital signal processor) , the parallel running of two 5 - 15kW adjustable AC power modules was realized, and the master-slave control was applied to the current-sharing and then having it simulated to get ideal output voltage and current. The result shows that the master-slave control method can be used in the plasma power supply and it can be improved for other applications.
