摘    要:从分形几何角度简要介绍了分形理论的主要内容以及典型分形及其维数的计算方法。综述了分形理论在材料制备科学和材料断裂力学行为研究中的应用,并探讨了分形理论今后的发展趋势。

Abstract:The fractal theory were introduced in fractal geometrics, including main features of fractals, definition of fractal dimension, some typical fractals and calculation methods of their fractal dimensions. Applications of fractal theory in the field of material science, such as the material kinetics, the material fabrication and the mechanical behaviors during the fracture of materials etc were reviewed. The future development of the theory was also discussed.
