基于CAN总线的线缆自动化测试仪的设计

摘    要:在介绍线缆自动化测试仪工作特点和性能要求的基础上,提出了一种采用基于CAN总线的分布式多终端测试方案,并以现场可编程门阵列为逻辑控制核心,综合TSK51和CAN控制器的IP核,实现了测试仪控制器的片上系统,和上位机端的线缆检测数据分析处理程序的设计。最后给出了一组线缆的实验测试数据,结果表明该测试仪可有效地检出损伤、断路等线缆某线芯的异常状态。该测试仪产品应用于企业实际生产中后,使产品成品率有了大幅度的提高,有效地提高了经济效益。

Abstract:Based on the introducing of working characteristic and performance requirements of the Automated Cable Testing Instrument, a scheme of distributed multiple terminal with CAN bus was put forwarded, and with the logic control core of Field Programmable Gated Array, combined with the Intellectual Property Core of TSK51 and CAN controller, the SOC designing for the instrument controller and was realized. Finally, a group of cable' s test data was given to that the abnormality status of cables can be checkout effectively by the instrument. After applied the instrument in the produce of enterprise, the rate of finished products was increased and the economical benefit was promoted effectively.
