摘    要:在列车无线振动测试仪中,振动数据采集是保证准确、有效地得到各项列车振动性能指标的基础。文中设计了基于TMS320F2812 DSP和AD73360的振动数据采集系统。详细介绍了TMS320F2812的多通道缓冲串口(McBSP)和串行A/D转换器AD73360的硬件接口方式,给出了硬件电路图,并说明了利用McBSP的FIFO完成振动数据采集的程序设计方法。实践证明,该数据采集系统能够准确、快速、方便地采集列车运行中的振动数据,为保障行车安全提供有效的依据。

Abstract:In wireless train vibration tester,the data acquisition system is the basis of which performance indexes of train vibration are gotten accurately and effectively. The data acquisition system based on TMS320F2812 and AD73360 has been worked out in this article. The hardware interface about McBSP of TMS320F2812 and AD73360 is introduced detailedly,at the same time, the circuit diagram of hardware is designed.The programming method that vibration data is collected by using FIFO in McBSP is described. The experiment indicated that the system can collect the vibration data of running train accurately, rapidly and conveniently.This provided an effective basis for traffic safety.
