钛合金表面激光重熔高温抗氧化涂层温度场仿真

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元软件,综合考虑了材料的物性参数、换热系数、相变潜热以及激光的热源模型,建立了TC4钛合金表面激光重熔NiCoCrAl-Y2O3涂层连续移动三维温度场有限元模型.在不同的激光工艺参数下,通过数值模拟,所得到的模拟结果和实验结果相吻合,表明所建立的计算模型是正确可靠的.并且所得到的数值模拟结果可为制备高性能的NiCoCrAl-Y2O3涂层优化工艺参数提供依据.

Abstract:Generally consider about the thermophysical performance parameters of the material, the latent heat, the effect of convection radiation on temperature field and the heat reservoir of the laser, a computing model of transient temperature field of three - dimension moving laser remelting NiCoCrAl - Y2O3 coating on titanium alloy was built up with the employment of ANSYS parametric design language. With different laser processing parameters, the obtained simulating results show a good agreement with the experimental results by simulating the numerical value, the results which indicate that the established numerical model is correct and reliable. The model provides a guide for studying on the formation and solidification mechanism of laser remelting and the results can be used to optimize the processing parameters.
