KF/ZnO固体碱催化大豆油甲醇解研究

摘    要:制备环境友好固体碱KF/ZnO,并用以催化大豆油甲醇解反应,探讨反应条件和催化剂制备条件对转化率影响。采用Hammett指示剂—苯甲酸法分析所制备固体碱碱强度和碱量分布情况。结果表明,最适反应条件和催化剂制备条件是醇油摩尔比10:1,催化剂用量3%,反应时间9h,负载量15%,煅烧温度600℃,最高转化率可达85%以上;KF/znO碱强度是H_=15.0~18.4,煅烧温度和负载量都对碱量分布有较大影响。

Abstract:The friendly environmental solid base KF/ZnO was prepared,and used to catalyze methanol- ysis of soybean oil.The reaction conditions and preparation conditions were studied to value how they affected the conversions.The method of Hammett indicator-benzene carboxylic acid was employed to characterize the basicity strength and the base amount distribution.The results showed that the appreci- ate reaction conditions and preparation conditions were:methanol/oil mole ratio 10:1,catalyst dosage 3%,reaction time 9h,loading amount 15% and calcination temperature 600℃,resulting in the highest conversion be more than 85%.The basicity strength was H-=15.0~18.4.The calcination temperature and loading amount could affect the base amount distribution greatly.
