摘    要:采用电场激活压力辅助SHS法制备了TiC 15%Ni 20?物相体系金属间化合物基复合材料.分析表明TiC 15%Ni 20?物相体系生成物中主要相为TiC,基体成分为NiTi2与FeNi金属间化合物;随着压力增加,生成物成分更均匀,密度增大,表面硬度和显微硬度值也显著提高.

Abstract:In this paper,TiC + 15%Ni + 20%Fe system intermetallic composite materials were prepared by FASHS with external pressure at high temperature.It was indicated that the main constituent of TiC-15%Ni-20%Fe products is TiC and the base materials was composed of NiTi_2 and FeNi intermetallic compounds.With increase of external mechanical pressure,the uniform distribution of constituent got better and the density of products increased;the surface hardness and micro hardness were improved greatly.
