| 摘 要： | 本文综述了隔河岩工程使用地方水泥厂生产的灌浆水泥的经验。国家大型重点水利水电工程使用地方水泥厂生产的灌浆水泥，目前未见有先例，通过室内试验和现场施工试验，制定了控制灌浆水泥质量的６项指标，并由我院派人驻厂执行质量监督。长阳县水泥厂在有关单位的帮助下，采取５项措施改进了生产工艺，按质按量地向隔河岩工程供应灌浆水泥，从而缓解了施工中的一些矛盾，保证了施工进度，灌浆的质量完全达到设计要求；节约了工程投资并扶持和促进了地方水泥工业的发展。

| Abstract: | A summary experience using cement poduced by a local small plant on Geheyan Project ispresented.Six index of cement quality control is determened by experiment in laboratory and insiteand is supervised by Yangtze River Scientific Research Institute. The small plant,Changyang CementPlant,has improved technology of preduction after adopting 5 improvements on technology. Thesemeasures assure construction schedule and grouting quality meet the criterion of design entirely. |
