摘    要:对生物支架材料的基本要求、分类、研究现状及前沿动态作了较全面系统的概述,对组织工程支架材料目前存的问题、研究的重点和热点做了归纳分析,并对其发展趋势进行了展望,预测组织工程支架材料将向分子设计、仿生设计、纳米化、应用基因技术及细胞分化技术等方向发展.

Abstract:This article roundly and systemically summarizes the fundamental requirement, classification, research status and the foremost advance of the scaffold material. It also sums up and analyses the present-existing problems, the emphasis and the hotspot in the field of the scaffold material, and prospects the future trends that the scaffold material will develop toward molecular design, bionic design, applying nano-technology, applying gene technology and applying cellular differentiation technology.
