摘    要:研究以乳酸为主络合剂化学镀Ni-P合金配方和工艺条件,对加入第二、三络合剂及复合添加剂进行研究,从而完善TL-8化学镀Ni-P合金工艺,达到沉速快、镀液稳定、镀层质量好、操作方便、成本低。并完成浓缩液配制及施镀工艺,使之商品化。

Abstract:The technical conditions and bath formulation for electroless Ni P alloy plating with latic acid as main complex agent is researched. The process containing the second and third complex agents as well as composite additive, in also tested resulting in satisfactory TL 8 electroless Ni P plating process, which features fast deposition, stable bath, high quality nickal coating, easy to operate, low cost. The concentrated bath and applying process are also suggested, thus it can be commercialized.
