| 摘 要： | 针对双级矩阵变换器(two stage matrix converter,TSMC)电压传输比偏低的问题,在空间矢量调制策略基础之上,分别将双模和单模两种过调制技术引入TSMC的整流级和逆变级。分析了这两种过调制技术运用于双级矩阵变换器的基本原理,给出了实现算法,在Matlab/Simulink下进行了算法的仿真实现,并通过仿真实验比较了两种技术的输出性能。实验结果表明,双级矩阵变换器采用过调制技术不仅可将电压传输比提高至1左右,而且输出波形质量较好。为双级矩阵变换器的进一步研究和应用提供了理论参考。
