摘    要:采用化学共沉淀法合成了超细均匀的La0.5Sr0.5CoO3,复合氧化物粉末,并研究了合成粉末的特性和烧结体的结构特征。在1100~1200℃保温3h烧成,可获得相对密度>96%的La0.5Sr0.5CoO3电极材料。X射线分析表明,La0.5Sr0.5CoO3烧结体的相组成主要为立方钙钛矿型结构,此外还有一些由氧空位造成的畸变钙钛矿型的四方相结构。

Abstract:A uniform and ultrafine powder of La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 has been prepared with coprecipitation method. The sinterability of the powder and the structure of the sintered powder has been investigated. A electrode material with a density of >96% of theoretic density can be obtained by sintering at ll00 to 1200℃ for three hours. X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the sintered La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 is of cubic peroskite phases plus some tetragonal phases (distorted perovskite) arising from oxygen vacancies formed in perovskite.
