钢骨钢管混凝土柱-钢骨混凝土梁组合节点试验研究

摘    要:结合钢骨混凝土和钢管混凝土的优点形成钢骨钢管混凝土柱,结合钢梁和混凝土梁的优点形成钢骨混凝土梁,为研究其组合而成的节点的力学性能,进行了两组共4个足尺的钢骨钢管混凝土柱-钢骨混凝土梁组合节点在梁端低周反复荷载作用下的抗震性能试验。以组合柱与组合梁相对强度的变化为参数,设计一组为2个强节点试件,另一组为2个弱节点试件。试验结果表明,该类型的节点整体抗震性能优越,但节点试件的整体受力过程有所不同:强节点在试验初期的强度和刚度比弱节点低,但其滞回曲线呈饱满的纺锤形;节点后期的延性和耗能性能比弱节点优越。相比之下,强节点的设计更符合工程实际。而节点中的内钢骨起到了结构抗震设防的第二道防线的作用。

Abstract:Composite columns combine the merits of steel-reinforced concrete and steel tubular concrete.To study the seismic performance of composite joints with steel-reinforced concrete-filled steel tubular columns and steel-reinforced concrete beams,four full-size cruciform specimens categorized in two groups were tested under cyclic loading at the send of the beams.Two strong joints and two weak joints were designed according to the relative strength of composite columns and beams.The test results show that this new type of composite joints performs excellently in seismic actions.The hysteretic curves of strong joints are plump,while in contrast,such curves are in reversed S shape for the weak joints.The strength and initial rigidity of weak joints are better than those of strong joints,but the ductility and energy dissipation are worse at the end of the tests.It is thus concluded that the strong joints are more practically applicable.The inner steel-reinforcement can serve as a second line of defense to earthquakes.
