6110气缸体铸造工艺的优化设计

摘    要:简述了砂型铸造中采用传统铸造工艺方法生产气缸体复杂薄壁类铸铁件存在的不足。通过加大芯头结构,采用大孔进水技术,控制有效浇注时间等新技术所优化设计的铸造工艺方案及其合理选用工艺参数,使所生产的6110气缸体获得良好的技术经济效果。

Abstract:The some deficiencies in producing complex thin-wall iron castings of cylinder block using traditional casting process method in sand casting were sketched.Using the optimized design of casting process and the reasonable selection of process parameters,such as large core head structure,large sized gates and controlling effective pouring time,can make the production of 6110 cylinder block obtain good technical and economic effect.
