| 摘 要： | 陶瓷零件快速成型技术是快速原型制造技术在陶瓷材料成型领域的重要应用方向之一.为了改善其设备成本较高的现状,设计出了一种新的陶瓷零件快速成型装置.介绍了该设备的组成及工作原理.详细说明了其主要结构.另外,阐述了其特点及主要技术性能指标.设计的装置成本较低,成型的零件性能良好,具有较好的推广价值.

| Abstract: | Rapid prototyping manufacturing technics for ceramic parts is an important applied aspect of rapid prototyping manufacturing in ceramic molding field. In order to improve the status of costly equipment, a new device about rapid prototyping manufacturing for ceramic parts has been designed. Its constitution and operational principle has been introduced. The configuration has been illuminated detailedly. Otherwise, an explanation for its characteristic and main technical performance index has been given. The cost of the device is low. And the quality of the parts manufactured by it is well. So the value of its popularized is nicer. |
