钢制轴承保持架兜孔的加工工艺

摘    要:介绍了采用40CrNiMoA钢制造的航空发动机主轴轴承用保持架的加工工艺。根据被加工材料的性能,设计制造了加工保持架兜孔的拉刀,用多把拉刀采用卧式拉削方式进行拉孔加工,使保持架产品精度达到设计要求。

Abstract:The machining technology method of aero engine main shaft bearing cage made of 40CrNiMoA steel is intreduced. According to the performances, the broach to machine cage pockets is designed and manufactured. The broaching hole is made by adopting multi - pull type broaches and horizontal broaching method,and the accuracy of the cages meet design requirements.
