非对称氧化铝陶瓷超滤膜的研制及性能测试

摘    要:采用固体颗粒烧结法制作膜载体,溶胶-凝胶法制备α-Al2O3薄膜,制作了非对称氧化铝复合陶瓷超滤膜。密度为2.703g/cm3,孔隙率为23.51%。用铬黑T、甲基橙等作为探针分子,对制作的超滤膜孔径进行了测定,结果表明,本超滤膜截留相对分子质量在327~417,即膜孔径约为2nm。透水率为2000~3450mL/m2·h。

Abstract:The support was made by adopting granulometric sintering process, and the α-Al_2O_3 membrane was prepared by sol-gel method. The finally made unsymmetrical inorganic ceramic ultrafilter membrane had a deusity of 2.703 g/cm~3 and a porosity of 23.51%. The pore size of the membrane was measured using probe molecules (Cr black T, methyl orange and so on). The results indicate that the ultrafilter membrane has a holding back relative molecular mass of 327~417, that is, the pore size is about 2 nm and the water permeability is 2000~3450 mL/m~2·h.
