Abstract:To introduce some algorithms and their applications in the on line computer inspection system for steel tube substances. On the basis of production data, the results achieved by statistical analysis and fuzzy diagnosis which is based on clustering by Kohonen neural network are compared. Finally, the prospects of intelligent inspection methods are mentioned.
