| Abstract: | This article mainly introduces the definition and implementation principle of long message, and the format of head structure and setting method of the long message. Then analyze the sending and receiving business process of the long message. According to the business process and the characteristics of the network elements, put forward optimizing suggestions about the success rate and time delay of long message. |
