| Abstract: | Non-ferrous Metals Group Holing Co. , Ltd. has already completed dozens of energy saving reform projects with contract energy management mode, and achieved good energy saving effects. In view of the problems existed in practical operation, the technological-economic advantages, difficulties and corresponding solutions of implementing contract energy management were systematically presented in this paper. |
