铝电解槽预焙阳极开槽的研究与实践

摘    要:电解铝行业作为高耗能产业,各项技术进步一直与节能降耗密切相关。通过开槽预焙阳极的研究,在不提高阳极生产成本的前提下,实现开槽预焙阳极的工业化生产。并通过在电解槽中运用,进一步论证了开槽预焙阳极降低了阳极过电压中的电阻型电压,达到了节能降耗效果,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:As an high energy-consuming industry, technology's development in the electrolytic aluminum industry has been closely related to energy saving, consumption reduction and emission reduction. The industrial production of slotted prebaked anode under the conditions of maintainning anode production cost was realized through studing on slotted prebaked anode. The resistance-type voltage in anode overvohage was reduced by slotted prebaked anode, realizd the effects of energy saving and emission reduction cell, obtained good economic and social benefits.
