某选铁尾矿回收铁的选矿工艺研究

摘    要:某选铁尾矿含铁28.04%,该尾矿主要是选铁洗矿过程中的溢流部分,其粒度非常细。针对该尾矿特点,进行回收铁的试验研究。通过多方案的对比,最终采用矿浆分散-磁选-浮选的联合试验流程,其闭路试验可得到含铁58.77%的铁精矿,铁回收率68.58%,使该尾矿资源得以综合利用,提高了企业的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:An iron-separation tailings containing Fe 28.04% is the overflow in the washing processing and its size is really fine.This paper studied on the iron recovery of the tailings.The combination experiment flow of ore pulp dispersion,magnetic separation and floatation was adopted after Comparing with several schemes.The closed-circuit testing is as following: the iron concentrate grade is 58.77%and the iron recovery rate is 68.58%.So it makes the tailings be used comprehensively and improves the enterprise with economic and social benefits.
