摘    要:介绍了空心金属O形圈氦气定量密封实验的方法,给出并分析了实验数据,实验证明空心金属O形圈在氦分子气体介质条件下密封性能优良。

Abstract:The way to test sealing performance of hollow metal O-rings with hellium quantitatively,offers and analyzes the datas detected were introduced in this paper.The test proved that hollow metal O-rings had outstanding performance in hellium-tight sealing field.
