鱼雷斜盘发动机动力学特性仿真分析

摘    要:虚拟样机技术已在国外鱼雷发动机的研制中得到应用。本文采用这一技术,对鱼雷斜盘发动机的性能以及主要运动部件的动力学特性进行了仿真;通过对发动机结构以及工作过程的模拟,分析了发动机主要运动部件的速度加速度与受力情况;探讨了发动机结构参数的调整对整机性能以及部件强度与振动的影响。文中提出的方法以及得到的结论对于缩短鱼雷发动机的研制周期,减少样机的试验费用,提高发动机的性能具有实际意义。

Abstract:The virtual prototype technique has been used in the engine design of torpedo over the world. The dynamic properties of the torpedo swashplate engine are simulated by using this technique in the paper. The velocity, acceleration and the applied force of the main parts of the engine are analyzed through the simulation of the engine structure and working process. The influences of the adjusting of the structural parameters on the properties, the parts strength as well as the vibration of the engine are investigated. The methods presented and the conclusions obtained in this paper are significant for the development of torpedo engine.
