| Abstract: | The problems faced by Wenzhou in theirreconstruction of"city village"are as follows:Theplanning study and policy making lag behind thereconstruction,the problems of the rural area,thefarmer and agriculture can not be tackled properlyand it is disconnected with the regulation and ad-justment in the real estate development market,etc.The reconstruction of the"city village"should be car-ried out by market means and by relying on thewhole society. |
