摘    要:针对现有方法存在的问题,提出按给定连杆上一个基点及过该基点的一根标线的若干位置设计平面四杆机构的代数解法,即根据已知分别综合两个双组并求出其独立的结构参数,再根据定杆长条件求出机构的基余尺度,还讨论了预选某些尺度参数的简化解法,给出了设计实例。

Abstract:In consideration of the method available,an algebraic solution is proposed for designing a plane four bar mechanism based on the base point on given connecting rod and several positions of a reticule that goes through the base point The design is divided into 2 steps,primarily, two double links are synthesized based on the known conditions and then independent structural parameters for each link are derived; and the other dimensional parameters are derived for the mechanism according to the given rod length A simplified solution for pre selecting some of the dimensional parameters is discussed and design examples are still given
