摘    要:大庆石化分公司高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置生产聚乙烯产品5000S,采用并联-A聚合方式实现国产剂BCH、YLH-1与国外参比剂三种钛系催化剂的连续切换,并对使用中采集的数据进行分析对比,以优化装置主催化剂的供货渠道。结果表明,国产BCH催化剂和YLH-1催化剂在整体应用效果上基本相同,而且均优于国外参比催化剂。

Abstract:Three titanium based catalysts, domestic BCH, YLH-1 and an imported reference catalyst, were applied in the high-density polyethylene unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company for producing polyethylene product 5000S, using parallel connecting reactors to conduct sequent switching for comparing the performance of the catalysts. Analyzing the collected data showed that the performance of both domestic catalysts was equal, which was better than that of the same type of imported reference catalyst.
