基于有限元分析的应力波调制器结构设计

摘    要:介绍了现有应力波调制器存在的问题,提出采用有台阶的调制器,以减轻铆枪的重量。利用HONDO有限元程序对应力波在两种调制器中的传播进行了分析。分析表明,有台阶的调制器对应力波的放大倍数与现有的调制器相当,且输出的波形比较稳定,而其重量可减轻50%以上,利用该程序对应力波在不同尺寸的应力波调制器的传播进行了进一步分析,根据输出液波形的质量对变截面应力波调制器的几何尺寸进行了优化设计,提出了锥体的底角和

Abstract:In this paper ,the problems which the present stress wave focussing means have are pointed out.The paper gives out using focusing means with step to reduce the weight of riveter,and the stress wave propagating in two kinds of focussing means is analyzed by using HONDO finite element computer program.The analysis result proves that the stress wave amplification rate of focusing means with step is equal to the present focussing means's,and it's output wave is more stable,but it's weight can be reduced more than one half.The optimization design for focusing means has be made by more analysis of stress wave propagation in different size focussing means,the diameter and below angle of cone are given out.
