摘    要:孔口封闭灌浆工艺是目前国内常用的施工工艺,但由于传统的孔口封闭器很难满足规范规定“灌浆必须连续进行”的要求,因此在灌浆过程中不可避免因停钻而带来灌浆间断,造成了浆液不能很好的在中、小、微型裂隙中充填,降低了中、小、微型裂隙的可灌性,影响灌浆质量;同时由于钻孔深、灌浆压力大,极易造成抱钻、埋钻等事故。旋转式封闭器能解决这一系列问题,并已成功地在构皮滩水电站渗控工程中运用。

Abstract:The orifice seal grouting process is a common construction one in home. But the traditional orifice lute hardly meets the requirement of continuous grouting in relative standard, lowers construction quality and easily causes accidents. And rotary orifice lute could overcome difficulties caused by traditional orifice lute, and has successfully been applied in seepage control engineering of Goupitan Hydropower Station.
