摘    要:针对在复杂环境下的温度参数高精度测量的需求,设计了一种基于多传感器融合的温度参数监测系统。以STM32单片机作为主控芯片,使用了铂电阻和数字式两种温度传感器,设计了带反馈的高精度电压基准电路来保证铂电阻传感器电桥输出数据的稳定性,用多个传感器融合方式可提高测量系统的抗干扰性,结合无线通讯模块,可以满足系统远距离监测的设计需求。实验结果表明,该系统测量精度可以达到±0.1℃,而且结构简单,可靠性好,易于改装,在工业领域环境监测方向具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:A temperature values monitoring system based on multi-sensor fusion is designed to meet the need of high precision measurement of temperature values in complex environment.STM32 chip is used as the main microcontroller of this system.Using platinum resistance and digital temperature sensors,and a high-precision voltage reference circuit with feedback is designed to ensure the stability of output data of platinum resistance sensor bridge.The anti-interference ability of the measurement system can be improved by using multi-sensor fusion method.Combined with wireless communication module,this device can meet the design requirements of remote monitoring.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of the system can reach±0.1℃,and the system has simple structure,good reliability and easy to refit.It has wide application prospects in the field of environmental monitoring in industry.
