煤层注水治理瓦斯灾害流固耦合关系研究

摘    要:为消除瓦斯突出危险及工作面煤尘污染,基于平煤股份十矿己15-16-24130工作面煤层地质赋存条件,建立了注水情形下煤层破坏的瓦斯抽采模型。提出了注水消除煤层瓦斯突出危险、降低煤尘排放的应用方案,分析了裂隙自由水运移影响下注水钻孔塑性破坏过程。模拟结果表明:随着自由水的注入,扩大了钻孔塑性破坏区范围,降低了自由水润湿区域内煤层物理特性。伴随自由水压力的升高,自由水逐渐进入煤层深部,提高了裂隙空间内自由水饱和度,抑制了煤层内瓦斯解吸、扩散过程,减少了瓦斯的释放。结合现场工业性试验可知,外界自由水的注入对煤层软化、破坏效果显著,对减少煤矿井下煤尘灾害、消除工作面瓦斯突出风险具有重要意义。

Abstract:In order to eliminate the danger of gas outburst and coal dust pollution in working face,based on the geological conditions of coal seam in Ⅵ15-16-24130 working face in No.10 Mine,Pingdingshan Coal Group,the gas drainage model for coal seam destruction under water injection was established.The application plan of water injection to eliminate coal seam gas outburst and reduce coal dust emission was put forward.The plastic failure process of water injection boreholes under the influence of free water migration of cracks was analyzed.The simulation results show that:with the injection of free water,the plastic failure zone of borehole is enlarged,and the physical characteristics of coal seam in the wetting zone under free water are reduced.With the increase of free water pressure,free water gradually enters the deep part of coal seam.The saturation of free water in fracture space is increased,the process of gas desorption and diffusion in coal seam is inhibited,and the gas release is reduced.Combined with filed tests,it is known that:the effect of external free water injection on coal seam softening and destruction is remarkable.It is of great significance to reduce the coal dust disaster and eliminate the risk of gas outburst at the working face.
