35 kV电力电缆在线故障测距仿真研究

摘    要:
以35 kV交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆为原型,用电磁暂态仿真工具PSCAD/EMTDC建立了35 kV电力电缆系统模型,对不同中性点接地方式下的故障电流波形特征进行仿真,结果表明中性点非有效接地电缆系统也能产生有效的故障行波。文章分析了影响电力电缆在线故障测距精度的因素,采用小波变换局部模极大值法来检测故障行波的突变点,用建立的电缆系统模型进行了多种故障条件的仿真和在线测距计算,验证了行波法在线故障测距的可行性,并对双端和单端故障测距算法的具体应用提出了建议。

Abstract:
Using 35kV XLPE power cable as the prototype,a model of 35kV power cable system is built by electromagnetic simulation tool PSCAD/EMTDC. With this model the simulations of fault current waveforms under various neutral grounding modes are performed. Simulation results show that the power cable system with neutral non-effective grounding can also produce effective fault traveling wave. The authors analyze the factors affecting fault allocation accuracy of power cable. By use of local modulus maxima method in wavelet transform,the break point of fault traveling wave is detected. By means of the built power cable system the multi-kinds of fault conditions are simulated and fault point locations are calculated to validate the feasibility of applying traveling wave method to on-line fault location,in addition,some suggestions for practical application of one-and two-terminal fault location algorithms are proposed.
