| 摘 要： | 目的:研究牛磺酸功能啤酒对小鼠的抗疲劳效果。方法:小鼠随机分成对照组和高、中、低3个剂量组,剂量分别为10g/L、5g/L、2.5g/L,对照组给予等剂量空白啤酒灌胃,共30d。测定负重游泳时间、肝糖原(LG)、尿素氮(BUN)和血乳酸(LAC)指标。结果:3个剂量组均能显著提高小鼠运动耐力以及LG的储备量;能显著降低运动后LAC和BUN的含量。结论:牛磺酸功能啤酒具有良好的抗运动疲劳作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the anti-fatigue effect by taurine-contained beer. Method: Mice were randomized into 4 groups; 3 groups were given taurine-contained beer at dose of 10g/L, 5g/L, 2.5g/L, and the control group was given ordinary beer. After 30 days, the swimming test was carried out, and the death time was observed and recorded; the liver glycogen, serum BUN and LAC were also measured. Results: Taurine-contained beer prolonged the swimming time significantly, decreased the consumption of liver glycogen and the level of BUN; also inhibited the increase of LAC. Conclusion: Taurine-contained beer has the anti-fatigue effect. |
