Abstract:
In the course of production,the high pressure of the condenser was found decreasing,while the outlet temperature of liquid ammonia increasing,following the noncondensable gas blowing off from the ammonia condenser.While further observing,when the content of noncondensable gas is much higher in the ammonia condenser,the outlet temperature of liquid ammonia from the working tank will lower than that of the feeding water to the ammonia condenser,which seems to be the "heat backflow".It has been found after further observing and research that,in fact,when the noncondensable gas enters into the ammonia condenser,the process of ammonia condensing will comprise the depressuring,vaporization,cooling and condensing,which is a complicated process. This paper will discuss detailly the matter of the source ,judgment,distribution,condensing,harm and trouble-shooting of the noncondensable gas entering in the ammonia-steam compression condenser.
