| 摘 要： | 成人教育起步较晚，管理中问题比较多，尤其在教材管理方面，由于制度不健全、教材管理意识淡漠及缺乏教材建账管理等，致使教材管理比较混乱。本从财务角度分析教材管理失控的原因，提出了完善教材管理的设想。

| Abstract: | Adult education grows up in recent years. There are many problems in the management of adult education, especially in teaching material management. Because of imperfect systems, little awareness of management and lack of book keeping,and other factors, the teaching material management is out of control. This paper analyses the reasons of the chaos in teaching material management from the financial perspective and puts forward the countermeasures. |
