摘    要:以粉煤灰为主要原料,经激活、复合、陈化、酸浸、干燥、焙烧等工艺制得FSZ-G固体酸催化剂,将其应用于催化合成己二酸二正辛酯取得了良好的效果。考察了焙烧温度、催化剂用量、反应物配比等对酯化反应的影响。实验结果表明。在催化剂的焙烧温度550℃、醇酸摩尔比为4/1、反应时间3.5 h、催化剂用量为反应物总质量的2.9%时,酯化率可达98.2%。催化剂具有原料成本低、活性高、活性下降慢、能在一定程度上再生等优点,且合成的产物易分离。

Abstract:A composite solid acid catalyst FSZ-G was prepared with coal ash through activation,compounding, aging, acid dipping, drying and calcination. Synthesis of dioctyl adipate with the prepared catalyst achieved good result. Effects of calcination temperature, catalyst dosage and reactant ratio on esterification reaction were studied. Under optimal conditions of calcination temperature 550 ℃ , octyl alcohol/adipic acid mole ratio 4/1, reaction time 3.5 h, and catalyst mass amount 2.9% of reactant mixture, the esterification rate reached 98.2%. The catalyst had advantages of very low raw material cost, high catalytic activity, acceptable life time, and regeneration and easy separation.
