深部地区复杂岩层高位定向长钻孔立体抽采瓦斯技术应用

摘    要:峰峰矿区各矿井的生产地区逐步向千米埋深延伸,深部地区煤层具有瓦斯压力高、含量大、难抽采等特点,2号煤工作面回采期间的瓦斯治理难度逐步增高。此次主要研究在深部地区采用基于高位定向长钻孔的立体抽采技术,解决回采期间瓦斯超限问题。采用定向钻机在复杂岩层施工高位定向长钻孔和常规抽采钻孔相结合的方式实现立体抽采,实现安全高效生产。

Abstract:The mining area in Fengfeng mining area is gradually extended to the depth of 1,000 meters deep,and the coal seam in the deep area is characterized by high gas pressure,large content and difficult to extract,etc.The difficulty of gas management during the recovery of No.2 coal seam working face was gradually increased.The three-dimensional extraction technology based on high directional long drilling in the deep area to solve the problem of gas overrun during the recovery period was given.The three-dimensional extraction was achieved by using a combination of high directional long holes and conventional extraction holes in complex rock formations with a directional drilling rig to achieve safe and efficient production.
