摘    要:分析了96系列大功率高速柴油机排气门的工作条件、材料特性和冷热工艺特性,介绍了可保证零件综合性能的排气门材料及包括焊接、锻造和热处理等的复合成形工艺。

Abstract:Exhaust forming of Series 396 large power high speed diesel has been researched with brief analysis of working conditions,material characteristics and cold and heat technology and emphasis on compound plastic forming technology consisting of material,weld,forging and heat treatment which can ensure part shape,size and quality as well as realization of performance uniform of use, technology and economy of exhaust.
