摘    要:阐述了矿井环境监测系统的工作原理和特点,针对矿井环境监测,基于CP1E与相关矿用变送器,提出了矿井环境数据采集系统的硬件、软件设计思想和实现方法,构建了矿井环境数据采集系统。详细介绍了智能传感模块和CP1E的硬件接口连接方式,并给出了采集系统的软件设计流程。该系统的硬件和软件具有较强的通用性和稳定性,信号采集精度高。运行结果表明:该系统运行稳定,数据采集实时可靠,适合于工况复杂的矿井环境监测,在矿井环境监测中具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:The work principle and character of mine environment monitoring system are described.Aiming at the mine environment monitoring,the design thought and realization method of hardware and software for the data acquisition system for mine environment are proposed based on CP1E and related mine transmitter module,and data acquisition system for mine environment is built.The hardware interface connection of intelligent sensor module and CP1E is introduced in detail,and the software design process for the system is given.The hardware and software of this system has strong versatility and stability with a high accuracy grade of data acquisition.The practice shows that the system runs stably and data acquisition in real time by this system is reliable.So it is suitable for complicated mine environment monitor,and has a certain application value in mine environment monitoring.
