内斜齿轮拓扑修形与传动误差仿真研究

摘    要:为提高内斜齿轮传动副的啮合性能,提出一种内斜齿轮拓扑修形方法。根据齿廓、螺旋线修形原理推导得出内斜齿轮修形齿面方程;预置齿廓、螺旋线修形系数,运用齿轮啮合原理构建内斜齿轮副的接触分析(TCA)模型,得出在不同的修形系数下的传动误差;通过有限元仿真分析,得出在不同的修形系数、不同载荷下的传动误差。结果表明,在不同的工况条件下应选择不同的修形系数才能满足使用要求,该方法对成形磨削的拓扑修形内斜齿轮设计提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to improve the meshing performance of the internal helical gear transmission pair, a topographic modification method of the internal helical gear is proposed. According to the principle of tooth profile and helix modification, the equation of internal helical gear modification tooth surface is deduced, the tooth profile and longitudinal modification coefficients are preset, the contact analysis(TCA) model of internal helical gear pair is constructed by using the gear meshing principle, and the transmission error under different modification coefficients is obtained, the transmission error under different modification coefficients and different loads is obtained by the finite element simulation analysis. The results show that different modification coefficients should be selected under different operating conditions in order to meeting the operational requirements, and this method provides a reference for the design of the topologically modified internal helical gear for forming grinding.
