城市化水平测度方法与实证研究——以深圳市特区外地区为例

城市化水平是城市化研究中一个很重要的概念和度量指标 ,长期以来 ,人们习惯用城市人口比重占总人口比重来测度城市化水平 ,应该说 ,这种方法在单指标方法中是最科学的 ,在有些资料不够健全的地区也是可行的 ,但它也同样存在着诸多弊端和局限性 ,如城市人口难以包容城市化的全部内涵 ,难以反映城市化“质”的问题等。如果仅用人口这一指标来反映 ,目前特区外地区城市化水平已经高达90 %以上 ,这在一定程度上很难反映出特区外地区实际的城市化水平和城市化质量 ,因此需要从方法上加以创新 ,文章以深圳市特区外地区为例 ,分别采用了“复合指标法”、“各态历经假说法”和“指标比较法” ,测度了特区外地区城市化的实际发展水平 ,比较综合全面地论述了城市化水平测度方法

METHODOLOGY OF URBANIZTION LEVEL ESTIMATION WITH THE OUTSIDE AREA OF SHENZHEN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ZONE AS A CASE

Urbanization level is an important concept and measure index in urbanization study. Researchers are used to measuring urbanization level by the percentage of urban population occupying the total population. It is a fairly feasible method and also the most scientific one in all related single index methods, particularly in some areas where necessary data are incomplete. On the other hand, this method has not a few limits, because the only index of city population can't cover all content of urbanization. By this method, the urbanization level of outside area of Shenzhen Economic Development Zone reaches over 90%, but it is not the fact. By using compound index, ergodic hypothesis and index compare, this study measured the level of outside area of Shenzhen Economic Development Zone respectively, and got an actual outcome.
