摘 要: | 作为控制整个机组进水流量的装置,灯泡贯流式水轮机导水机构一般分为内配水环、外配水环、活动导叶以及控制环等多个组成部分。在安装过程中,要将其做为重点把控环节和工期节点,同时还应当考虑到组装场地的合理布置、设备进出通道、起重设备的吊装能力与范围、设备吊装变形和整体加固、安装工具的灵活使用、设备质量控制与方法、资源配置与工期等因素。以湖南沅水桃源水电站为例,介绍了该水电站贯流式水轮发电机组导水机构的结构特点、安装流程、安装工艺以及在安装过程中所面临的一些技术难点。可为其他同类型水电站水轮机导水机构的安装提供参考。

Installation techniques of water guide structure of tubular turbine of Taoyuan Hydropower Station |

Abstract: | As the apparatus controlling the inflow of the whole unit, the water guide structure of bulb tubular turbine is gener-ally composed of inner water distributing ring, outer water distributing ring, guide vane, and control loop. In assembling the tur-bine, installation of the water guide structure should be taken as the key step and point, and the appropriate layout of the assem-bly site, the access of the equipment, the capacity and reach of the hoisting machinery, the deformation of the apparatus caused by lifting and its overall reinforcement, the flexible use of the installation tools, quality control of the apparatus, resource alloca-tion and installation duration should also be taken into consideration. The structural characteristics, installation procedures, in-stallation techniques and some technical difficulties of the water guide structure of the bulb tubular turbine of Taoyuan Hydropower Station in Yuanjiang River of Hunan Province are introduced to provide reference for other similar hydropower stations. |
