铁锰矿和贫锰矿的合理利用

摘    要:本文通过生产实践得出,含 Mn18—28%,(Mn Fe)38—48%的铁锰矿都可在高炉中生产富锰渣。利用高磷高铁的铁锰矿和低磷高硅贫锰矿进行配矿入炉,采用自然碱度酸性渣操作,控制渣中SiO_2含量在24—30%,可以炼出低磷低铁优质富锰渣。

Abstract:According to the production practice,the iron-manganese ores containing 18-28% Mn or 38-48%(Mn Fe) Can be used to produce rich manganese slag in BF.Using proportioned burden of iron-manganese ore with high phosphorus and iron contedts and low-grade manganese ore with low phosphorus content and high sinicon content,operating with acid slag of natural basicity and controlling SiO_2 content of 24-30%,in slag the good quality rich Mn slag could be produced.A way of reasonable application of iron-manganese ores with high P and Fe contents and low-grade manganese ores with high si content was made.
