摘    要:在硝酸和过氧化氢存在条件下,采用石英罐微波消解法,对人发进行前处理后,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法,测定了人发中Fe,Zn,Ca三种元素的质量浓度.该方法线性好,相关系数到0.999以上;精密度好,结果空白小,相对标准偏差在0.83%--1.03%之间;准确性高,测量标准物质的相对误差在2.2%--6.1%之间。

Abstract:Having digested the human hair in the quartz vessal based on the microwave pretreatment on the condition of HNO3 and H2O2 present, the elements Fe, Zn and Ca in this solution were determined by flame AAS. The curve line of the used method and the digested blank were good. The interrelation coefficient was beyond 0.999. The relative standard deviation was from 0.83% to 1.03%, and the relative error of the standard sample was from 2.2% to 6.1%. Therefore this method is of high sensibility and accuracy.
