钻井中途油气层测试器推靠机构的优化设计

摘    要:为了设计出性能良好的钻井中途油气层测试器推靠机构,建立了推靠机构的数学模型,利用牛顿迭代法对该数学模型进行运动学分析,得出推靠机构的最佳尺寸为:水平推力6.0kN,推靠力1.5kN,AB的长度为40mm。将井径分成3个范围,在不同的范围内选择合适的推靠臂长度,设计出性能最优的钻井中途油气层测试器推靠机构。这样可使钻井中途油气层测试器在测试过程更稳定,保证了测试的精确度。

Abstract:The mathematic model of the backup mechanism of the drill-stem tester was established.The Newton iteration method was applied to conduct a kinematic analysis of the model,deriving the optimal parameters of the backup mechanism:the vertical thrust was 6.0 kN,the backup force was 1.5 kN and the length of AB was 40 mm.The well's diameter was divided into three ranges.In different ranges the length of the suitable backup arm was selected and the optimal backup mechanism of the drill-stem tester was designed.In this way the tester would be more stable in the process of testing,thus ensuring the precision of testing.
